Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Tarhun speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
