History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Miller arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He now mingles about in high society.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Hobart was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Hobart's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
