History: Skamos was born with his mother's beautiful face. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has shaved his head bald. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Reirak was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Reirak alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Ortegar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gargax grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
