Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
