Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Baradad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a black vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His white leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and wants to open a new tavern

Voice: Deep voice with rolling R's

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His hair is golden and curly. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Howard embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Howard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Voice: High pitched and raspy

Description: He very much looks the part of a Courier. He is physically well-built. His crest is red and very short. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to be a ploughman again

Ideals: Philantrophist. Bonds: Job, Attractive, Military, Rich. Occupation: Courier
