Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mayor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Grisha never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
