Description: An older man who is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, he is not a threatening figure. His chestnut hair is greasy and uncared for. He has violet eyes.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Diggory and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
