Description: This slender man stands about 3'2". He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. This gray eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A middle-aged man, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, and is pretty ugly. He sports a flattop hair cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Slave Trader. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Slave Trader.

Description: This man usually wears his tan robe and has his flail always slung over his shoulder, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His silver hair is singed and shortened. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Money/treasure.
