Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep white leather and dull brown iron scale mail. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Naal was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Naal decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Soapmaker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears blue leather gloves, a blue jacket, and tight pants, marred by beers. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born into a rich family. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This malnourished man wears yellow robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a shield, but if one is not available he will default to his ceremonial dagger. He has shaved his head bald. His ears are large.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Wymar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Wymar was born the youngest of three triplets. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Wymar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and an old rival family wants him found
