Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Skirt was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
