History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Nicor has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a grey suit, black shirt, and green tie. His hair is long and red with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Body Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he is wracked by social anxiety
