Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Norman was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
