Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Burgell was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
