Description: He wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered red stockings, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'3" when asserting himself. His hair is short and blonde. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Howard is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sage but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He bought a club and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Navigator responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Born in the west to a Marshal, Naill learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Naill alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Tod was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cook for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he's looking for his big break
