He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His skin is flawless and his red eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Leucis never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
