Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born to a Barber, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has worked as a Sculptor like his father before him.

History: Carrie hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and further expansion of business

History: He was born in the east. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he has money and likes to spend it
