History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the south were limited. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
