Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears just a white suit. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Baker. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He struck the Baker job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears skinny pants and wears a black and brown robe with the hood down. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and yellow handkerchief worn on his right side. He carries with him a set of swords, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Morgran lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Morgran fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
