Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Wiggens was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: A 4'11" eastern man, he is wearing a long, violet, dusty cloak. His long black hair reaches down to his waist. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Mindartis took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up scimitar and armor he uses now. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
