History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He tends to his Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.
