Description: This man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His hair is cut close to his head. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Fargrim hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: To be a Sellsword again; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His eyes are hazel and beady.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Gale took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

History: Nordak hails from a village terrorized by goblins. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has achieved small success as a Marshal.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and a deep hatred of goblins
