History: Manfred lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He worked as a nervous Fletcher and found it very stressful. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered drow who tried to eat his hand. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.
