Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His gold crest is heavily combed to the right. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Mehen abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
