History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. The war was a terrible time for him, and Adelard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Adelard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Adelard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Medrash fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
