History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Hamil has worked very hard to control his curse. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: This late middle aged man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time and is in decent physical shape. He has no hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.
