History: He was born in a small desert village. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He bought a sai and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Berrian took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
