His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Oren embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Ploughman profession.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
