Description: 5'0" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears bulky brown painted plate armor. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by illithids. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Lance and his spouse have recently divorced.
