Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. During his travels, Barendd and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Barendd discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Barendd fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
