Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Bookbinder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
