History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a tattered pair of loose grey pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His black crest is still thick. He has gleaming, smiling gold eyes.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. A true patriot, Mugrunden would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Doctor for hire.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
