Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. The war was a terrible time for him, and Shamash does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shamash grew up listening to his father's many stories. Shamash was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Shamash decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born in a small plains village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: This man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has no fur. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: A middle-aged man, he prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, and is pretty ugly. He sports a long golden beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are gray.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jebeddo embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He bought a dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he is greedy
