Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult.

Description: He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His chestnut hair is cut short. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Pog lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to unite with his brother

Description: This southern man wears a tan shirt, with a white mid length shorts with white tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His clothes are grease stained in places. His silver hair is cut short. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Ideals: Justice. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Poor, Immigrant, Adventurer. Occupation: Spy

Voice: Low rumbling, strings words together

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is long and white with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Bernard will drive conversation. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bernard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Bernard was born with his father's beautiful face. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bernard was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
