Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Mogg has worked very hard to control his curse. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
