History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents enrolled him in a Adept school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he has decided he is irredeemable

He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now mingles about in high society.
