Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Odo grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Odo. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Gnomish compassion; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his dancing with anyone who is interested.

History: Gifted from a young age, Watson studied abroad. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
