History: Direcris lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
