Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oren fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Balam was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
