Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Marshal arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Shepherd business.

History: Kilvar was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He is wearing a long, black cloak. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down
