Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He found a children's book about a Elf Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: He is renowned for his bright brown suits and hats. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly sickles and nunchakus. His silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Through the years after Naal was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Naal's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: This late middle aged man is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft yellow waves gently in the breeze and is in decent physical shape. His long red fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are likewise copper. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
