History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Delg was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Delg's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now mingles about in high society.
