He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. History: He was born in a small desert village. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

History: He got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Aust was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He struck the Bookbinder job and began his own company from there.
