History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has worked as a Spy like his father before him.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a black costume with the symbols of death on his torso. He keeps his scarlet crest in a flapper bob. His eyes are red and catlike.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rivaan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rivaan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is his passion; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
