Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a fancy pastel suit. His silver crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His red eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Gifted from a young age, Mugrunden studied abroad. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war.
