He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Shifting reached his early adolescence his Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
