Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.
