Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Paymon was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Animal Trainer. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
