Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Frouse was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He became a Guard soon after.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
