Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born into a rich family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting brigands, the young Dustin began to lead the lost caravan. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Raer alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Raer was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud
