History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Tod alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
